Here’s How It Works:

  1. How many presents? Choose the package you want depending on how many presents you plan to send to our secret hiding spot!

  2. To Accessorize or not to accessorize? Choose whether you want our elves to add gift wrapping accessories like ornaments and bobbles to make your presents pop even more under your tree!

  3. Shop & Ship Your Gifts to Us: When you’re checking out online, just use our address we provide instead of yours. We'll receive, secure, and store your gifts like Santa himself.

  4. Pickup Day Magic: Swing by Santa’s Secret Closet on your scheduled day to pick up your perfectly preserved presents. Load up the sleigh (or trunk), and your holiday surprises are ready to make their grand entrance! 🎄 *Pickups will be scheduled for December 24.

  • Each client will be emailed a list of items when they arrive 

  • Yes! We will work with the individual on a case by case basis on next steps for you.

  • There will be a tag for you to fill out once you pick them up. Each gift will have a post-it with what is inside for you to know whom to fill out the tag for.

  • There is a PO Box in the “Next Steps Instructions” that will be sent to you via email once you purchase a package.

Disclaimers:

  • Oversized shipments are subject to additional wrapping fees

  • The Home Ops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not arrive to the PO Box.

  • All packages must arrive by Saturday, December 21. Any packages that arrive past that date cannot be guaranteed to be ready for pickup

  • Storage Liability Limitations: Santa’s Secret Closet is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items during shipment, storage, or pickup. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged and insured if desired.

  • Damage to Items: Santa’s Secret Closet does not assume liability for any damage incurred to items prior to or during shipment to our facility. We recommend customers confirm package security with their chosen shipping provider.

  • Pickup Policy: Pickup date and time will be confirmed closer to December 24th, 2024. Exact pick up times will be emailed to clients. Customers are solely responsible for picking up items on the designated pickup date of December 24th by 3 pm CST. Santa’s Secret Closet is not liable for items left uncollected beyond this date. Any left or abandoned packages that do not get picked up at designated date and time will be donated 10 days post Holiday.

  • Limitations on Valuables: Santa’s Secret Closet does not accept liability for the storage of high-value, fragile, or perishable items. We advise against sending items of extreme monetary or sentimental value.

  • Gift Wrapping Service Disclaimer: Santa’s Secret Closet is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the optional gift-wrapping service, including but not limited to aesthetic preferences or minor cosmetic damage.

  • No Guarantee of Privacy from Household Members: Santa’s Secret Closet assumes no responsibility for any individual within the customer’s household discovering the contents of the shipment or accessing the stored items.

  • Unforeseen Events: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, etc.), Santa’s Secret Closet is not liable for any loss or damage to stored items.
